Gajalakshmi and Fathima participated the 2nd Regional Farmers - Scientist conference (FSC) 6-8 Nov 2024 and PANAP 4TH Congress 9th Nov 2024 in Penang, Malaysia. Had an opportunity to meet many friends, participants working on food sovereignty and agro ecology. SRED conducted workshop on land occupation and collective cultivation and also on women in agro - ecology.
Participated in workshops on Threats and False Climate Solutions and safe environment. Attended workshop on Safe Environment including clean water, soil, air, forest and productive resources. Programs were well organized and lot of learning. PAN AP which is a leading network in Asia for people–led agro ecology and campaigning for genuine sustainable development, climate justice, and rights to land and resources.
SRED received an Award for Filed Learning Site.
